Steep, fast, and popular.  This hill has a reputation for breaking a lot of sleds.

The city has made some major changes this year by planting loads of evergreens all over the hill. This is probably both to keep sledders off and to improve the grounds. There is a smallish opening which was created on the east side, right beside the ski training area, which is still a reasonable slope, but only half of the original. There may be one or two places still left open ( unplanted ). Not like the old days.
